you should watch this.

"japanese farmhouses are dark.  gradually you can start seeing....the aroma of this house was beautiful.  smell of the earth, smell of the wood, smell of the smoke little bit.  i smelled life, very healthy life, being led in that space."  this is a story of the love of a house and love between people told in pictures at a beautiful, slow pace.
