I too am suffering from tweaking my back last Saturday, but I still stayed out in the woods to watch my son fell a tree. Get yourself a back brace, it's heavenly relief and for me is almost immediate relief while the pain meds kick in. When you're in back pain it doesn't matter who you get the pain meds from. Between the day job sitting at a computer all day, sewing in the evening, everyday life and now hauling wood I've started going to the chiropractor regularly. Considering I work at a hospital I do believe in the benefits of regular adjustments, keeps me off pain meds from chronic pain. You might try that. stretching out on the floor with your legs up on a chair or couch might help also, even in the winter I still use my ice pack.
Hope you feel better soon.
Lisasimple :: dream :: quiltshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08586173935484602326noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8315879190966948428.post-29300955102245332412011-01-20T21:28:07.152-08:002011-01-20T21:28:07.152-08:00This comment has been removed by the author.simple :: dream :: quiltshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08586173935484602326noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8315879190966948428.post-73137992479316170022011-01-19T23:35:10.919-08:002011-01-19T23:35:10.919-08:00Your home sounds amazing - and cold - and amazing....Your home sounds amazing - and cold - and amazing. And with your sense for fabrics I guess you will make your curtains look perfectly quirky, dusty lovely. Fading textiles sounds as a great idea and it's nice to look at during winter time in a white, grey landscape :) - if you have pain because your muscles are stiff from working, then you can take supplements of magnesium ...

Have a great, creative dayTONE LILENGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06089484584175421238noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8315879190966948428.post-86836284071862020622011-01-19T16:41:29.639-08:002011-01-19T16:41:29.639-08:00... first let me say..
