i'm happy to say i've been snowshoeing a lot lately including both days this weekend.
first with jason:
then with lisa:
and these monster mutant icicles below did end up taking down the cable line and defunct telephone land line at my house this weekend. the wires landed in a snowbank and are draped low across the road. despite phone calls no one's come to fix them. am i gonna have to get all freaky-deaky in order to get some one over here to put it right?? i practically had a conniption when i called to let the cable company know the deal because it took 1/2 an hour and push this button for this and select that number for that until i got a live person on the phone.
what's this world coming to and young people these days...
oh and i had to walk to school 10 miles barefoot when i was a kid.

gorgeous photos! the sun is even more precious shone amongst the snow and sleet. :)
Your house is so dreamy.
Isn't that water color on the wall a tattoo on someones shoulder? I seem to recall falling in love with that tattoo a while ago... and telling my husband he should get something similar.
oak leaves- yes, it's ethan's tattoo. he's my 20 yo. my good boy. he designed it. also painted the painting.
Well, good job Ethan!
