it looks deceptively relaxing here. i've had my hands in a lot of pots today, so to speak. but now i'm going to go use this handy cheat sheet eli made me and watch "food matters" on netflix. somewhere this past decade i became incapable of using the television without assistance. eli's gone for a few days and he kindly left me directions.
