and it snowed

The kids made a snowman yesterday. When they were littler and we lived in Vermont and we were unschooling the politically correct term would have been "snow friend." But, I'm just not feeling that. Despite the fact that this one is wearing Olivia's scarf he's a snowman.
And correct me if I'm wrong but he's a rather dour snowman. He's got stuff on his mind. Is this just me? Am I projecting? Perhaps it's that he only has one arm. Or his prune eyes keep falling out.

He is quite pensive isn't he? And dapper I might add in that smashing scarf :) A snowman to be sure!

I wish it had snowed here but we got the usual ugly downpour the warm city comes to expect!

cute as a button! we shoveled and contemplated a snowman (in the past my daughter created snow fruit as a still life, boggled the neighbors) but it was so very cold we came in.

They did such a good job! Despite the one arm....and I hate it when my prune eyes keep falling out, it is enough to make anyone feel reflective. ;)

Prunes? For eyes? I would be feeling pretty dour too.

Maybe I am mean in regards to the feelings of one armed snowmen, but I just can't help it Liane, I am laughing here...
