indulge me?

I've been collecting vintage blue&white pottery and now I'm wondering if I should do a tattoo based on one of these designs. I like the swirly design previously mentioned but ultimately I'm wondering if these types of patterns suit me more and over the long term. I really do appreciate any input. Thank you. You guys are sweet. And really funny. And good looking. I particularly like the outfit you picked out today.

I would probably avoid the Greek Key pattern... simply because it is so 'restaurant'. Used on diner menus, place-mats, and dishware. :^)

You ARE funny....and good lookin, and I would pick the blue one on the left(the non greek key one, though it is lovely) I think, if your gut is telling you it suits you more in the long run, it probably will :) good luck cutie!

why, thank you.

Would you consider something like an 18th c. penmanship ornament? I can see you with something like that...

I can't find a good example of a wrist-encircling one, but this type of thing

it was a good outfit, wasn't? tomorrow's will be better though...

anyhow - i think the pattern on the left is divine. would you do it in a blue hue?

gosh, i so want a tattoo... and a nose ring. probably nose ring first.

i've been following along quietly ever since you posted about your blog on twitter. you really fit into my theme for next week's posts perfectly. would you mind me sharing your posts about a potential vintage decor inspired tattoo on scoutie girl? have anything else to say on the subject? any sage wisdom to share about giving old stuff a new life in your creative expression?

I too really like the one on the left, or perhaps the very top of the cup on the right is quite nice. It's funny, this post made me remember that I dreamt last night I had gotten a tatoo. Happy New Yaers Eve to you!
