surprise sale

I'm gearing up to list my new vintage and patch pillows and such in the shop, I really am. But first I need to have a little shop sale through the end of this week. I put some things in the SALE section of the shop this morning and now I'm offering $5 off all non-sale items. But you have to leave "frisky" in the note to seller to get the discount. Then I will send you a revised invoice for the sale price to your email and you can pay via paypal then. Why "frisky" you ask? Because it makes me laugh. Which is what it's all about, right?
And, HOW ARE YOU?? I'm OK. Except as you know I have had to do a lot of walking lately to and fro to the mechanics to drop off and pick up vehicles getting inspected. All the extra exercise has made me very hungry so as soon as I get home I eat a meal. Or two. You know, to counter act the potential health benefits of the walking.
By the way, my mechanic's name is Hank. I like him quite a lot. He likes to call people he finds distasteful "tools". So crass. Probably why I like him.

I have to say, it is a total crack up when someone uses the word tool. Hilarious! Hank's my kind of guy, I can tell.

The first time I heard the word tool used that way was by my cousins, who live in upstate NY. They are a total crack up. And frisky happens to be a household word here. But the meaning is often a little bit, um, hawt. Sounds like one smokin sale you must be having. I better go check it out!

I love the word frisky - it perfectly describes the mood of this post. And Hank? He sounds like the kind of mechanic I'd like to have. This whole post was hilarious - thanks dear.
