"this series of pillows is thoroughly environmentally friendly in materials. i use a combination of vintage fabric, new hemp linen, tea-stained lace, hand-dyed indigo, canvas, wool, kapok or lavender and buckwheat hulls filling and lots of patching and hand-stitching. i consider each one individually and they are one of a kind. i try to lend feeling and substance to a humble and everyday object."
