custom work

i just finished up a custom cushion for a window seat in the home of a lovely customer named bonnie.  i'm real happy with the outcome, especially the way the different materials, including hand-dyes, play off one another.

this was a big one and it was a challenge to make it in my small space in some ways.  i had to spread a bed sheet out on the floor for some of the work.  photographing it wasn't simple either but hopefully you get a sense of it from these images.
